Specialty coffee roaster and multi-location cafe brand founded in 2011 in Taipei, Taiwan by World Barista Champion Berg Wu (吳則霖, WBC 2016) and co-founder 盧嘉琦 (WCE international judge). Started as a coffee tricycle; expanded to flagship at Huashan 1914 Creative Park, rooftop bar at Taipei 101 88F (Sky Simple Kaffa), and locations at major transit hubs.
