About

Seven Hills Coffee Roasters is Cincinnati's oldest specialty coffee roaster, founded in 1986 by Joe Morris and Andy Timmerman in Bond Hill, Ohio. The company roasts using Sivetz fluid-air roasters, a departure from traditional drum roasting that flushes smoke and chaff from the chamber for a cleaner cup. Seven Hills focuses primarily on wholesale supply to espresso cafes and became one of the first Fair Trade Certified coffee roasters in the US in 1999. Their catalog includes single-origin, organic Fair Trade, and blended coffees.
