About

Specialty coffee roastery in Stappenbach/Burgebrach near Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany, founded in 2017 by Daniel Schön. Roasts small batches of 3–6 kg on a Probat P05 III, exclusively sourcing specialty-grade coffees with appropriate cupping scores through direct and transparent trade with small importers. Sells online and hosts Friday factory sales (16:00–19:00) where customers can taste and buy in person. No full-service cafe.
