Roestkaffee is a specialty coffee roastery, cafe, and coffee school in Oberasbach, Bavaria, Germany, founded in 2017 by founders with Colombian roots. Starting in nearby Zirndorf, they expanded to a full production and retail space at Zwickauer Strasse 8 in Oberasbach. Their sourcing focuses on small-harvest, hand-picked single-origin coffees from Colombia and South America.
