Rostbruder Kaffeeroesterei is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Weimar, Germany, founded in 2020 by brothers Collin and Vincent. They roast directly in-shop using a traditional drum roaster, sourcing traceable beans through relationships with importers and partners. The shop on Richard-Wagner-Strasse includes a small cafe area where customers can try filter and espresso drinks. They offer coffee subscriptions and brewing workshops.
