About

Founded in 2007 by Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, RAW Coffee Company is widely regarded as the first specialty coffee roaster in the Middle East. Based in a 13,500 sqft roastery-cafe in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, RAW sources green beans directly from farmers, focusing on ethical trade and sustainability. The company operates an espresso bar and brew bar on-site, runs SCA-accredited barista training, and supplies wholesale accounts across the MENA region.
