About

Family-owned specialty roaster operated by Patrick and Sarah Flemming, located in the Shields Valley north of Livingston, Montana. Founded with a focus on direct-trade microlot coffees, particularly Ethiopian origins, Geisha, and other rare varieties. Patrick is a certified Specialty Coffee Association roaster and has earned over 35 Coffee Review awards of 92+ points. Roasts include single-origin, blends, and espresso for online retail and wholesale.
