Rabbit Hole Roasters

Rabbit Hole Roasters is a specialty coffee micro-roastery founded in 2018 by David Lalonde and Sophie Moreau in Montreal, Quebec. Named after Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, the roastery pursues long-term direct-trade partnerships with producers to improve quality and livelihoods at origin. Their rotating menu emphasises traceable single-origin coffees from Ethiopia, Mexico, Vietnam, Colombia and beyond, sourced through importers aligned with their values. Winner of Roast Magazine's Micro Roaster of the Year award in 2023. The roastery workshop at 9090 avenue du Parc is open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays.
