About

Push X Pull is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Portland, Oregon in 2012 by Christopher Hall, who began home-roasting in his apartment. The project opened a cafe on SE Stark Street in January 2018 and expanded to Seattle's Central District in September 2022. Push X Pull specialises exclusively in natural process, honey, anaerobic, and experimental-processing coffees, sourcing high-scoring single-origins from producers across Ethiopia, Peru, El Salvador, Vietnam, and beyond. All coffees are sold as 10oz whole-bean bags.
