About

Specialty coffee roaster based in Brooklyn, New York, founded by Dillon Edwards in 2012. Originally an underground roastery and espresso bar in a Williamsburg barbershop, Parlor now roasts from a repurposed carriage house on the edge of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The team roasts to order Sunday through Thursday and ships fresh coffee to home brewers and wholesale partners globally. The roastery's tasting room is open to the public on Sundays. Parlor also publishes Parchment, an original print journal about coffee culture.
