About

Miami-born specialty coffee roaster and cafe company founded in 2010 by Leticia and Joel Pollock. Starting with a single Wynwood roastery-cafe, Panther has grown to multiple locations across Florida, New York, and Michigan, with a second roasting operation in Traverse City. The company sources directly from producers, roasts in small batches, and runs wholesale programs for cafes, restaurants, and hotels globally. Recognized by Monocle, Zagat, and the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2025.
