About

Specialty coffee bar and roastery in Downtown Mesa, Arizona, founded by Kimhak Em and Eugenia Tai. The duo moved from the Bay Area in 2015, began roasting in 2017, and opened their first cafe in 2020. Pair combines Em's culinary and coffee background with Tai's design and ceramics expertise. Named 2022 Best Coffee Roaster in Arizona by Food and Wine Magazine, Pair wholesales nationally and internationally. The shop also sells specialty tea and handmade ceramics.
