About

Obadiah Coffee is a specialty roastery founded in 2017 by Sam Young and Alice Young in Edinburgh, Scotland. Operating from railway arches in central Edinburgh, they roast on a Diedrich IR-12 and maintain a seasonal, rotating offering of single-origin coffees with an emphasis on unusual or emerging origins such as Timor Leste, China, and Malawi. Known for minimal packaging and stripped-back tasting notes, they supply wholesale partners across Scotland and sell direct via subscription and retail.
