About

Normo is a coffeebar and microroastery on Minderbroedersrui in central Antwerp, founded by Jens Oris. Their stated approach is to serve 'koffies zo naakt mogelijk' — minimal-intervention, light roasting so the coffee speaks for itself — with seasonal sourcing and direct farmer relationships. Alongside espresso and filter subscriptions they sell direct-trade loose leaf teas curated by Belgian tea sommelier Ann van Steenkiste.
