About

Micro coffee roastery founded in 2017 by Jack Ryan, located on a small island in the Stockholm Archipelago. Roasts seasonal microlots and single-estate specialty coffees in small batches, sourcing through importers including Nordic Approach, Sucafina Specialty, and Panama Varietals. All webshop coffees are roasted as omniroast. Operates a cafe bar in Vaxholm serving breakfast, fika, and lunch.
