About

Moving Coffee Roastery is a single-origin specialty roaster founded in Hong Kong in 2012 by Edmond and Shirley, who relocated the business to Vancouver, Canada in 2014. Co-founder Edmond holds a licensed Q-Grader certification (now SCA G-Grader) and the business competes in SCA-sanctioned events. Operating from a roasting and tasting studio in Richmond, BC, Moving Coffee focuses on filter-forward profiles sourced from Cup of Excellence lots, rare Gesha, and experimentally processed coffees. In 2019, the roastery placed 2nd in the Canadian Brewers Cup.
