Organic specialty coffee roastery founded in 2009 by Mira and Andi Merchant, located at the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstaetten farm in Glonn, Bavaria, southeast of Munich. The roastery sits alongside a butchery, bakery, and cheese dairy on the working farm, roasting certified organic and fair-traded beans sourced globally. Merchant and Friends emphasizes quality, sustainability, and outdoor culture, with their red goat logo symbolizing energy and enthusiasm. They have cafe and espresso bar operations and regularly attend cycling and sporting events.
