MARCO Straubinger Kaffeemanufaktur

Specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Straubing, Bavaria, Germany, founded in 2016 by Marco Kell. Kell discovered his passion for coffee during a year in the United States and, after years of self-study and professional training, established this small-batch roastery. All coffees are Arabica sourced exclusively from fair-traded small farms and cooperatives, roasted gently in a traditional drum roaster using a slow low-temperature process. A small in-store tasting corner serves espresso, cappuccino, and filter coffee to visitors.
