About

Specialty coffee roastery founded in 2022 in Szczecin, Poland, by a collective of four coffee professionals — Michal Sowinski, Adam Rosolowski, Alicja Borowa, and Martyna Sikora. The team collectively brings experience in barista competition, roasting, green coffee sourcing, and quality control. MAMAM focuses on transparency and specialty-grade single-origin coffees shipped direct to consumers across Poland and the EU.
