Lewitz Rösterei is a specialty coffee roastery based in Banzkow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, named after the Lewitz, the largest contiguous meadow landscape in Germany between Ludwigslust and Schwerin. The roastery was founded when the owner turned a personal crisis into a passion project, focusing on unique coffee varieties from origin farms and sharing the stories behind them. It serves the greater Schwerin region with freshly roasted specialty coffee.
