About

Small specialty coffee roastery founded in 2021 by Tobias Kleeberger in Röttenbach, near Erlangen, Bavaria. Roasts on a 6 kg Giesen drum roaster using profiles of 12–15 minutes. Sources Arabica beans through direct trade from Ethiopia, Peru, Brazil, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. Sells online and via local pick-up on Saturdays in Röttenbach.
