Specialty coffee roastery and patisserie-café based in Witten, Germany. Roasts 100% single-origin Arabica coffees from Tanzania on a Probat drum roaster using individually developed roast profiles. Has imported directly from Tanzanian cooperatives since 2017 without intermediaries. Operates the Kijamii Café & Konditorei in Witten and a second café location in Essen.
