About
Paris specialty coffee pioneer and roaster, founded in 2010 as one of France's first specialty coffee shops on Rue des Martyrs in Pigalle. Started roasting in 2015. Operates KB Cafeshop (9th arr.) and Back in Black (11th arr., 200m2 with roastery and kitchen). Known for punchy, memorable seasonal lots and community events.
