About

Vicci Caffe is a specialty coffee roastery in Bad Bramstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, founded in 2008 by Stefan Muller and Andrej Pajdakovic (with Stefan now sole owner since 2024). The roastery is named after Andrej's brother and uses a 1962 Probat drum roaster to roast arabica beans variety by variety from Africa, Central and South America, and India. Beans are sourced directly with a focus on sustainability.
