KABO Rosterei und Kaffeebar is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe located in the old town of Uberlingen on Lake Constance in southern Germany, founded and run by Philipp Kesenheimer. The roastery sources specialty-grade arabica and robusta from smallholder farms and cooperatives worldwide, with a focus on fair trade and sustainable farming practices. Coffee is sold online via Shopify and served at the on-site Kaffeebar and a nearby kiosk.
