About

Family-run roastery founded in 2015 in the Atelierhof at Ägidiusstraße 45 in Cologne-Sülz. It roasts single-origin direct-trade coffees using gentle profiles of roughly 20 minutes per batch, works directly with farmers without intermediaries, and processes all beans to organic standards. The roastery shares its space with a café serving espresso drinks, hot chocolate and tea.
