About

Specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in 2013 by Petra Strelecka and Adam Obratil in Brno, Czech Republic. Originally opened in the industrial Masna district, the roastery relocated in 2021 to Nova Zbrojovka where they installed a Diedrich IR-12. Roasts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to order. Operates cafes in Brno and Prague. Multiple Czech Brewers Cup champion and Top Restaurants award winner. Focuses on traceable single-origin espresso and filter coffees sourced from Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
