About

Roastery started in 2019, with its Cologne café opening in September 2022 at Lindenthalgürtel 61. It offers single-origin coffees for espresso, filter and batch brew, and runs an in-house kitchen for pastries such as cinnamon and cardamom buns, cookies and seasonal tarts, jointly with Miriam Caspers of Café Walter. A second site is listed in Frechen (Doktor-Gottfried-Cremer-Allee 16).
