About

H&S Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty roaster founded in 2014 by Coulter Sunderman and Joshua Heien in Laramie, Wyoming at 7,200 feet elevation. The roastery focuses on manual, precision roasting of single-origin and blend coffees sourced for both cup quality and ethical labor practices at origin. H&S has received Good Food Awards recognition. The facility is not a public retail space but hosts cupping events and tours by appointment.
