Garden of Coffee is an Ethiopian origin roaster based in Addis Ababa, founded in 2016 by Bethlehem Tilahun Alemu. Focused exclusively on single-origin Ethiopian coffees, roasted to order by hand on traditional clay roasters inside their Addis Ababa atelier. Operates under an OriginTRADE model sourcing, processing, roasting and packaging within Ethiopia.
