About
Friedhats is a specialty coffee roastery in Amsterdam, founded in November 2016 by Lex Wenneker (2015–2016 Dutch Barista Champion, 2018 World Barista Championship runner-up) and Dylan Sedgwick. It describes itself as a macro roastery sourcing and roasting the most interesting coffee available, roasts on a Giesen and packages coffee in distinctive 250 g bottles. Alongside its FUKU café it runs an online shop with subscriptions, a wholesale division and a network of retail partners.
