About
Flying Roasters is a Berlin-based specialty coffee roastery that sources green coffee directly from farming cooperatives in Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Sumatra, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Colombia, and India. Founded on principles of direct trade, organic farming, and transparency, they publish an annual transparency report. Their roastery is at Hochstraße 34 in Wedding; they operate two cafés in Berlin (Wedding and Kreuzberg) and offer barista and roasting workshops.
