About

Specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in 2015 in Konstanz, Germany, on Lake Constance. Co-founders Sebastian Graeber, Philipp, and Tobias Roth source beans directly from farms and roast single-origin coffees to highlight individual origin character. The operation includes a roastery, a street-level cafe, a barista academy, and an online shop. Coffees span filter and espresso profiles from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, and Brazil.
