About

Dritan Alsela Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery in Dusseldorf, Germany, founded by world-renowned barista and coffee expert Dritan Alsela. Having run his own coffee shop in Dusseldorf for more than 17 years, Dritan opened an in-house roastery at Areal Bohler where he roasts specialty-grade Arabica coffees on a Coffee-Tech FZ94 roaster. The catalog spans direct-trade single-origins from Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, and India, plus house blends. He also runs a Coffee School at the roastery.
