About

Die Kaffeerei Rosterei GmbH is a specialty coffee roastery based in Pinneberg, Germany, founded by roastmaster Lars. They roast exclusively specialty-grade Arabica beans on a 5kg Joper drum roaster using slow, low-temperature profiles to medium and light roast levels. Their catalog spans single-origin filter coffees and espresso blends from origins including Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru, and Brazil, with an emphasis on transparent sourcing. They operate two cafes in Hamburg (Ottensen and Stadtpark) and offer direct factory sales at the roastery on Thursdays.
