About

Datura is a micro-roastery based in Paris, founded in 2024 by Loic Perneau. It focuses exclusively on seasonal specialty microlots, selected for distinct aromatic character. Rather than fixing espresso or filter profiles, Perneau continuously adjusts roasting for each lot to maximise terroir expression. The catalog concentrates on high-altitude Gesha and Geisha lots from Ethiopia, Panama, Guatemala, and Kenya. Datura ships worldwide and has no physical cafe.
