Brazil's pioneering farm-roaster. Founded in 1976 by the Pascoal family in Patrocínio, Minas Gerais as an agricultural property, pivoting to specialty coffee after early farming experiments. First Rainforest Alliance-certified farm in Brazil. First farm to vacuum-pack green coffee. Rainforest Alliance and Sustainable Agriculture Network certified.
