About
Amsterdam-based specialty coffee roaster founded in summer 2019 by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique, two Canadians from Montreal. The name "Dak" is Dutch for "roof", inspired by the moment of founding. Known for vibrant, flavour-forward coffees with distinctive packaging, rotating single-origin filter and espresso lots, and an Amsterdam cafe and wholesale presence.
