About
Founded in Dubai in 2016, Cypher Urban Roastery sources, grades, and roasts specialty coffee beans for wholesale and retail customers across the Middle East and beyond. The roastery operates a temperature-controlled facility with an in-house coffee lab, cupping area, and green coffee storage handling over 30 tons of coffee. Cypher also runs the Cypher Academy, offering SCA and CQI training programs. The brand aims to revive Arabia's historic relationship with coffee through quality, transparency, and education.
