About

Consenz Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2021 by Christoph and Alex, located at the Samerberg in the Bavarian Alps, Germany. They hand-roast small batches of specialty-grade arabica (all scoring 84+ points) at low temperatures for a gentle, never-bitter result. Coffees are named after Bavarian mountain peaks and sourced via direct trade from farms in Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica and other origins. Sold online and through retail partners across Bavaria.
