CODOS Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Hamburg, Germany. Born in the Schanzenviertel neighbourhood, the roastery opened in the Ottensen district in 2017, where they roast a rotating selection of sustainably sourced specialty coffees. They operate cafes in Hamburg (Ottensen, Altona), Berlin, Hannover, and Hildesheim, and sell direct-to-consumer online.
