About

CETO is a small-batch specialty roaster based in Keyport, New Jersey, operated by Alena and Ryan. They roast every Sunday on a Stronghold S7X and S7Pro, with an emphasis on light roasts highlighting floral character and brightness. Green coffee is sourced from producers worldwide and stored frozen to preserve freshness. Products are sold exclusively online in small formats (115g bags, 50g bags, and 20g tubes), with orders fulfilled the following Tuesday after roasting. The rotating catalog focuses on traceable single-origin lots from Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Panama, and beyond.
