Caraya Coffee

Caraya Coffee is a Berlin-based specialty coffee roaster founded by Ann-Kathrin, who lived in Bolivia for two years and began roasting Bolivian single-origin coffees after returning in 2021. The company imports 100% organic-certified Bolivian arabica directly from smallholder farmers and cooperatives in the Caranavi and Yungas regions, roasting weekly in small batches on a drum roaster at a community roastery in Berlin Neukölln. The name Caraya derives from Carayá, Guaraní for howler monkey.
