Cafelix Coffee Roasters is a small artisan specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded in 2019 in Berlin, Germany by Yael and Philipp Schefer, with Ohav Asheri joining as co-owner in 2025. Located at Winsstrasse 47 in Prenzlauer Berg, they roast single-origin beans in small batches to light and medium profiles, focusing on filter and espresso expressions. Their range spans Ethiopia, Colombia, El Salvador, and other origins sourced for their individual character.
