About

Café Mokxa is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2011 in Lyon, France, by Sadry and Rose. They source through direct-trade relationships, visiting farms each year across Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Peru. Coffees are roasted weekly in small batches at their Lyon roastery (now at Oullins-Pierre-Benite) and sold through boutiques in Lyon and Strasbourg, online, and to wholesale clients. They also run barista and roasting training courses.
