About

Caffè Lusso Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2000 by Philip Meech in Redmond, Washington. Started in a family garage, it grew into a dedicated roastery facility housing the Macchinista School for coffee education. Lusso sources micro-lots and small-estate coffees through long-term direct-trade relationships and hand-roasts to highlight each origin's character. They sell online, via wholesale, and host private tastings.
