Brühmarkt

Brühmarkt is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe group founded in Frankfurt, Germany, that began in 2010 as Kaffeewerk Espressionist, one of Frankfurt's first specialty coffee shops. The roasting operation grew from that base, with coffees roasted in Frankfurt using profiles developed for light through dark roast styles. Brühmarkt sources specialty-grade beans (above 84 SCA points) from Honduras, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, India and Brazil through partners including Quijote Kaffee Kooperative, Colombian Spirit and Touton Specialties Coffee. The group operates three cafe locations in Frankfurt.
