boni Kaffeerosterei is a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2019 by sisters Deborah Ost and Rebecca Ost at the harbor in Osnabruck, Germany. The roastery sources Arabica coffees with SCA scores above 80 points, prioritising direct trade and sustainable farming. Coffees are roasted in small batches using a slow-roast method, offering single origins from Peru, Kenya, Ethiopia, El Salvador, and Brazil, as well as blends. The roastery also operates a small cafe at Netter Platz 6 in Osnabruck harbor, offering breakfast and lunch alongside filter and espresso drinks.
