About

Small roastery run by brothers Nico and Paul, named after the Incan principle of reciprocity, buying green coffee directly and fairly from producers in Peru. They roast in several styles and sell beans alongside their café operation at Schanzenstraße 22 in Mülheim, where a central counter serves espresso drinks with mostly plant-based snacks from partner bakeries.
