About

Specialty coffee roastery founded by Patrik Rolf in Copenhagen in 2016. Roasts at a facility in Sorod Strand just outside Copenhagen. Focuses on light-roast single-origin and microlot coffees sourced directly from partner farmers in Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, Bolivia and Colombia. Also produces the Sustainable Profile house espresso line and runs the April Brewers Cup competition.
